Yuran penyertaan adalah RM 5.00 bagi setiap satu borang/penyertaan.

Setiap penyertaan akan menerima sijil penyertaan, tiket masuk muzium secara PERCUMA dan kertas lukisan.

Borang penyertaan hendaklah dihantar sebelum atau selewat-lewatnya pada 4 Jun 2012 (Isnin). Penyertaan yang lewat tidak akan diterima.
